I would like to preface this post with the following words: I *hate* housework. If I can possibly put it off, off it will stay put!
That said, I was once given the following handy tip for cleaning glass and it really is very useful when cleaning any glass surface, which considering we have 3 small children, quite a number of large windows at child-height and inherited a large glass coffee table (which I am begining to loathe) from a childless relative (who I don’t), is fairly often.
- Spray on whatever window cleaning or glass surface cleaning product you wish to use.
- Leave it on for a few minutes.
- Wipe the surface down using old newspaper, scrunched up, until the surface is dry. You will be left with lovely clean, streak-free glass!
